Nortap Intelligence is a small Texas public-records business based in Dallas-Fort Worth. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or buy from us, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

When you place an order or ask for a report, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, business name and the details of your request (for example the county, industry or company you want). If you pay by card, Stripe collects your payment details.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to fill your order, email you your lists and reports, send receipts and invoices, answer your questions and manage any subscription you sign up for.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the payment details it handles.

4. We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business (Stripe for payments, our email and form providers to receive orders and deliver files), or when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for delivery, support, taxes and our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required by law to keep it.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or cancel a subscription, by emailing us. We'll reply within a few business days.

7. Public records

Our reports and lists are compiled from official public sources about businesses. They are not consumer reports and are not about private individuals.
